Best Oklahoma City Shopping -
From Antiques to Anime and so much more...

Do you want to shop till you drop? Oklahoma City shopping can fulfill your urge to splurge.

Oklahoma City has a wide variety of places to shop that will please everyone from the most frugal bargain hunter to the most upscale fashionista.

As a husband of twenty years and a father of three kids, I tend to lean more toward the frugal rather than the fashionista.

My shopping perspective has been enhanced though, by countless trips to the mall with my oldest daughter Raegan to shop for the latest Anime (Japanese animation) and Gothic items.

Other shopping influences come from my brother (camping, guns and knives), older sister (antiques and boutiques), and younger sister (upscale clothing and electronics).

Read on as I use my experience and my shopping knowledge (Shopping Guru might be a stretch) to guide you to the best of Oklahoma City shopping.

Antiques:

If you're looking for antiques, the largest concentration of antique stores is in a roughly two square mile area in northwest Oklahoma City.

The area is bordered by NW 10th street on the South, NW 23rd street on the North, I-44 on the West, and Pennsylvania on the East.

There are many antique stores in this area, but my favorite is the 23rd Street Antique Mall.

23rd Street Antique Mall:

This Mall features 60+ antique vendors and has often been voted Oklahoma City's best antique store.

It is owned by Bill and Denny McConnell, a delightful couple who have been in the antique business for twenty years.
